I've had grips on other cameras I've used. I've been on all day shoots and workshops, and have never drained a fully charged battery. In addition I carry at least two spares fully charged. Have not seen any advantage to grips.
For sale: Canon battery grip BG-E20. brand new. I have literally never opened the box. Came as part of a package deal, I never intend to use it. Asking $100.00 plus $10.00 shipping. Retails for over $200.00.
I think that Affinity is as powerful as Photoshop. Not nearly the steep learning curve. I have also had a lot of success with Luminar 3, which includes a much simpler library system. Plus it is a one time purchase.
I heard an interesting debate on the make up of SCOTUS. Presently, the president picks and the senate either approves or rejects. The party in majority make up of the senate has a lot of weight. Under this proposal the Dems would pick three, the Reps would pick three. Those six would pick the remaining three spots. Deaths and retirements by the "neutrals" would be filled by those six as well. Vacancies of the party appointees of course fill by the party involved
I've got both of these and they have been great. Not a minutes trouble. I'm running them on my I-Mac, and MacBook both. I've heard of some issues with the Windows version. I have other Skylum products and haven't had an issue with any of them.
I have a LumixFZ 1000. Really like it as a walk-around camera. But I'm unable to mount it on a tripod or monopod without blocking access to battery compartment and card slot. Any suggestions? Any after market products out there? Thanks in advance.
When editing a Lightroom photo in Luminar, I don't use the edit-in function. Instead under file go to export with preset. There should be a listing for Luminar 3 there. Open it this way. The apply should appear in the upper left hand corner when done. It will appear back in Lightroom as a copy. At least this is how it works for me. Good luck, hope this helps.

Got it last Tuesday. No installation problems. Very pleased with it. There are several tutorials on Y-Tube. Find it to be easier to use the Library than Lightroom. I use it on a Mac Laptop and I Mac. Sorry others are having so many Problems. I have had several Skylum products since it was Macphun. Never a problem with any. All are easy to use and very powerful.
