For the EOS 5D Mark IV

Thought I'd tell people what it fits 'cause you forgot.

You don't do anything that drains batteries quickly? I do a lot of birds with long telephoto lenses and use up batteries fairly fast so I have the battery grip on all three of my bodies. Besides after I got used to it and found it gives you more to grip I now think a camera without a battery grip doesn't "feel right".
In addition the extra insert gives you the option of using AA batteries which are cheap and available all over. On vacation and can't always recharge? Buy a pack of high end AA s and you are back in business.

I've had grips on other cameras I've used. I've been on all day shoots and workshops, and have never drained a fully charged battery. In addition I carry at least two spares fully charged. Have not seen any advantage to grips.

It’s no so much about the extra battery (you can use a grip with a single battery) - it’s literally about the better grip on a body especially with a heavy lens. It’s also super convenient when shooting in a vertical orientation placing the second set of controls exactly where needed. I wouldn’t own a 7, 5, or 1 series Canon without one. I immediately purchased an OEM Canon grip for my 7D, 5D3 and 5D4. $100 is a bargain - won’t last long at that price (I’d be a buyer, but I already have one on my 5D4).

Yes, I prefer pay-pal. Do you want me to send an invoice? You understand that this is for a 5Dmk4.
