Wow, so sad.

It sure is, we have had some strange weather, warm and windy yesterday and today we have about a foot of snow.

Nice shot Lori, yes sad at what happened to many homes. Like newscaster said the other day weather is on steroids!

Thank you. And yes we have had some very strange weather. Yesterday it was warm with strong winds and today we are now dealing with about a foot of snow.

Not the best photo but this was taken with my cell phone of the Boulder County fires in Colorado yesterday. This photo was taken from our farm. the fires were about 35 miles from us with 70-100 mile an hour winds. We are safe and today we have about a foot of snow. How crazy. I pray for the poor people that lost their homes.

Lesley thanks for hosting “Christmas Past and Present” and Larry for hosting another Free Sunday, a lot of nice photos there on both.

This challenge is about your Best or Favorite photo you have taken this year of 2021.
I have to admit that I do not have any “BEST” photos for this year. But I do have some Favorite’s.
This year I have mostly shot what I call photos of Rebuilding. For some it has been a long struggle since August of 2020.
Even today a lot of property still needs to be finished!
So I ask of you to share your “Best or Favorite” photos of the this year. So that I and others can enjoy.

An advance Thank You to all who contributes to this challenge.

Nice . Why is only one wearing a blanket?

She is almost 20 and the temp was about 35. So it's not to cold out just yet for the other ones.

Did manage to find a couple of "Rustalicious" images
in my faithful archives...not sure if I'll be able to get
out and about to capture anything newer...

Really like that old vehicle and just realized above the window is an old saw. Very unique

Lorina, I hate to tell you this, but I don't think that bucket will hold water...

...nicely done, none the less.

p.4 Well, I guess it wouldn't hold a minnow now, but the bucket is charming,

Thanks, that's why I had to go back and get it. It looks pretty in the summer with flowers in it from my from my garden

I couldn't resist buying this old minnow bucket from an Estate Sale. It's a real old rust bucket :)

I don't know about you All, but I love just about anything Rusty,
Rusty Stuff has so much Caricature, age and Time has done it's number on these things..
I wonder what their story is..

Show us your Rust ..

Very nice, I love rusty things as well, but for some reason I don't have many photos of rust.
I do however have this old button which was a metal detector find here on the farm. Still don't know the age of it but the farmhouse was built in 1888 so who knows. This metal button is about 1 inch in diameter.
