In 1985 I was in New Orleans on business, I was shown around by the white manager and introduced to several of the staff while walking through the warehouse area I saw black person who we were about to pass by without and introduction I slowed down and asked who is he the answer was oh he just the cleaner, I stopped and walked over the black person and offered my hand saying hello gave my name and told him I was from England. He tool my hand without a word and a look of bewilderment on his face. I got back to the person showing me around the place and saw the look on his face I had a feeling his attitude towards me change in that moment,
I thought afterwards when on my own that I was probably the first white person who had ever offered a friendly hand shake to man. It was then that a released the real meaning of racism.
It had a profound effect on me to this day and I hope a good effect on the black person I shook hands with.
I think the B &W has more impact
I would go with B&W. good luck which ever way you go.
