Is there a software converter that will reformat D90 NEF to a format compatible for CS3 PS raw?

Is there a CS3 addon/plugin that will do it.

I have CS3 and PSE 11. PSE 11 will open/process my Nikon D90 NEF files. But I can't get PS in CS3 to do it. When I select "File/open" the file types shown include CAMERA RAW (and NEF is one of the types in parentis), I get a error msg that says it is not the right kind of file. Does anyone know if CS3 (PS) will open NEF and how to do it?

I have CS3 but have been unable to import my NEF files. When It select "open", it shows an option for RAW and NEF but gives me an error msg ("unable to open...") when I select them and hit open.

Can anyone help me?

I have the same problem but with a Nikon D90 with 24-70, 2.8 and no hood. When the lens barrel is extended and I'm using flash, I get that dark spot on the bottom of my frames.
