To all who are or were in the military, I thank you for your service.
When Hurricane Sandy hit NY, I was working at Bellevue Hospital. The five branches of the Armed Forces came in to help evacuate patients. Even though the uniforms were different in color and style, they all performed seamlessly. I spent time being bunked up with the Coasties. There is a code of conduct that is followed and enforced.

Your welcome mate, Always Semper Paratus!

Well it’s about drone equipment.
A couple of years ago, I bought a DJI Magic Pro Combo.
Great fun getting familiar with its technology. Not only the operating but the photographic quality.
It’s a fantastic device, but, the batteries leave a little to be desired.
The combo came with 3 batteries, but after a couple of years, 2 of them puffed up & couldn’t fit into the drone, rendering it useless without power.

I’ve been trying to find where I can purchase new ones, to no avail. It’s suggested I buy them on the net, which is from China. China in the current climate, is a dirty word. Mixed with my distrust of buying on line, it seems a product I paid nearly $2 thousand for, is useless for the want of new batteries.
I wouldn’t buy a DJI product until they brush up on their back up service improves.
Well it’s about drone equipment. br A couple of ye... (show quote)

If you have used those batteries hard for 2 yrs I'm not surprised they are puffed. Keep using a puffed battery could mean a fire is in it's future. lipo's should never be discharged lower than 3.7 volts per cell.

I'm not into trains thankfully, but I'm amazed at the details and how they are built. My r/c sailplanes and powered are expensive enough. Thanks for posting truly amazing work.

One of my co-workers is a retired CG WO. I like to send him pictures like these and pictures of CG Stations that I come across in my travels.

This picture is of the USCGC Boutwell off the alaskan coast, cutter that I served on. She is now part of the Phillippine navy.

As I have said before… electric vehicles are one way the government will suppress the population. Charging stations will be few and far between and expensive. Travel greater than 150-300 miles will be severely restricted
