It’s a fantastic device, but, the batteries leave a little to be desired.
The combo came with 3 batteries, but after a couple of years, 2 of them puffed up & couldn’t fit into the drone, rendering it useless without power.
I’ve been trying to find where I can purchase new ones, to no avail. It’s suggested I buy them on the net, which is from China. China in the current climate, is a dirty word. Mixed with my distrust of buying on line, it seems a product I paid nearly $2 thousand for, is useless for the want of new batteries.
I wouldn’t buy a DJI product until they brush up on their back up service improves.

If you have used those batteries hard for 2 yrs I'm not surprised they are puffed. Keep using a puffed battery could mean a fire is in it's future. lipo's should never be discharged lower than 3.7 volts per cell.
