When I open a photo in photoshop elements 7 in the raw file for proscessing and I click on the Camera Calibration Tab the only selection I get under the camera profile is ACR 4.4. How do I get the full selection of tabs for Canon camera raw?

I have a Black Rapid RS5 Cargo strap carrying system for my Canon 450D. (1) Does some one make a plate which would also allow me to use my Velbon tripod quick release plate? (2) There are also times when I would like to use a monpod. Your suggestions please.
