We live in a nice, fairly busy neighborhood in close proximity to schools and shopping and found it surprising that this kind would take up residence here, but we certainly welcome them. They are a pair and they hatched twelve chicks. I got pictures of them when only a day or two old but, unfortunately none survived. Sorry about photo quality. I shot through double pane window and zoomed in.

Welcome. I am not a professional photographer. I simply like the experience of nature and I take a lot of natural pictures. I think you have a magnificent picture of the moose cow in her natural environment, and I like it a lot.
