The attached photo of my grandmother was taken in the 50's I think. Is it possible that someone could please colorize it for me? I have no idea how to and my mother would love for it to be done. I checked with a local photo shop and they said over the phone it would cost $69. I don't have that kind of money floating around. Could someone please help? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I use Lightroom to organize my photos. I have a ton of photos (over 30K at last count). A teacher suggested I organize the catalogs by year. All of the photos are in folders by the date. For example I have all the photos that were taken in 2019 in a catalog named "2019". My problem is, if someone wants a photo of a beach I have to look through the years catalogs to find them. Can someone tell me the way to make a catalog called "beach" and have those photos imported from the "year" catalog to the "beach" catalog without losing the updates? I do not want to do this one photo at a time. I want to take all beach photos from a "year" catalog to the "beach" catalog. All photos are key worded with location. Any recommendations on other ways to organize photos? I am open to all suggestions and workflow ideas! Thank you!

I ended up sending the camera to Nikon for repair. It has been on the recall list for a shudder problem. It now works perfectly! Thank you!

Thanks from me too. I may not post much, but follow UHH daily for tips, information, and inspiration. A biggie for me is finding out where not to shop for equipment, since reading UHH can cause GAS.

I agree!

I did not use any filters, or lens hoods. I switched lenses and it was still there. I am looking into possibly having the sensor cleaned?

Hi all! I went to Wiers Beach here in NH and took some pictures with my newly used Nikon D750 with Nikon AF-S Nikkor 24-120mm 1.4 G ED N Lens. in all of my pictures I get this sorta white streak. (I have attached a file for reference). I have no idea what caused it. It is in the same place in every picture. no matter what subject I took a picture of. I don't think it has anything to do with the sun or lighting issue. I did import into Lightroom, I looked at the raw files and yes it is there. Your help with figuring this out would be appreciated! please help. Also any ideas on how to get rid of it? I have Lightroom and photoshop.

Thank you all for your replies. With your help I have made my decision. I want a sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM, although they are very difficult to find. All the places I have checked say it is out of stock. The Nikon version is about $804. I will have to save for that one. Meanwhile I have some of the places emailing me when they do have the Sigma in stock. I sincerely cannot thank you guys enough for your help!
