From B&W to color

The attached photo of my grandmother was taken in the 50's I think. Is it possible that someone could please colorize it for me? I have no idea how to and my mother would love for it to be done. I checked with a local photo shop and they said over the phone it would cost $69. I don't have that kind of money floating around. Could someone please help? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Here is a quick PSE colorize. Scan is quite small file size so noise is showing in lite areas.

It appears that Adobe's colorize option seems to be improving. I had played with it in an earlier release, and found it not so good. But this result is looking better than I was getting previously.
Nice to see Adobe is still improving it.
I am also assuming that the colorize option in PSE is probably the same as what is in Photoshop.

Used PSE and color replacement brush. Took about 15 minutes to do.
