In the Fall .. In Yosemite Valley .. In a light rain ...I shot a picture .....
Concerning Adorama .., if it weren't for the fact that A Nikon rep introduced me to a Manager at that "FLYING CARPET SALES PLACE" & also camera equip store ......., I would never deal with them .... They are one of the largest .. Have a return policy ...and good and bad stories shared on the he forums ....
My first D800 E. came from them .....but not without battle scars ....!
FYI ...., as long as your topic concerns anything .. Even 1/2 percent related to cameras or camera / pictures & or equip / supplies ..suppliers ...,. It is fair game on this forum ...
Some older members who seem to have achieved " HEDGEHOG TENURE" might disagreeeeeeeeee ... , but hey ..., that's what a forum is all about ....
I love the shots and love the suspense of the "Can you guess what lens I used". .. I have yet to go to Wiamea Valley for my flora and Fauna shoot this year .. I will try my best to get close to the perfection you have displayed with your D-90 ... 55-300 ..., 60 mm
And of course ... Posting later if I feel they are worthy compared to what you have posted ... Wow ..
If you were happy with your D 700 .. And have the fx lenses to go with it ..get a refurb D700 .. I certainly wouldn't go back to a DX camera ..
That being said .., a 7100 which I use as a back up camera ..is outstanding .. Most people love their 7100's and wouldn't part with them ...
I bought a D800E ... Loved it and moved on to a D810 ......but always pack my D 7100 body as a back up when out in the field ... I don't own any DX lenses ... So my FX. glass is used on the 7100 ..
My brother moved up the line from a P500 .. Then 5100 .. Then at my insistence a 7100 .. He loves it ... Bought it from Cameda refurb ....
If you liked your now aquatic 700... Have the glass for it ..and are familiar with it ... Refurb .. Or EBay another one ..
Excellent "OUT and about after the rain with a new lens" ...I would guess a 50mm 1.8 ...I have used 85mm 1.4 and got good results on an 810 ... But used it as portrait .. Then sold that lens last year ..
The clarity is outstanding and begs us to know what lens and camera body ...it brings new meaning to macro ... But hey .. Tripod mirror up live view .. And a 18-140 .... Might do it ...
You have most of us waiting on the lens type ....
In any event .. Nice shots ....!
I thought I typed in BRIACE ... the name came out Briane ... Excuse me ..
Briane ...., nice shots on Liverpool .., No need for me to go visit now .., your pics conveyed all I need to see...that saved me $ thousands ..., where do I send the check for 10% of the money You just saved me .... :)
Boone ..., never mind the shot .. I want to talk to the women who took the shot .....!
After the sun sets in Vegas ....The Lights Come On ..
What happens in Vegas .., stays in Vegas .. Especially Your Money ...!
These are pictures of some of the Major locations where I have deposited my money ...
These were shot from the Rio .. 52 nod. Fl .. My old D800E 24-70 2.8

I was afraid the Trip to Yosemite in the fall would be a bust as the falls stop running .. There are only a few varieties of tree and they don't usually have fall colors to shoot ... Boy was I wrong ...
Anvil ..., these are some nice shots .....Did you use a D810 ... or .., and what lens ... El Cap looks great .., especially with the clouds ... I just got back from Yosemite in Feb ... I will post a few later ..
I have gone in the spring ... Summer fall and the winter ... Yosemite is magic .., I love it so..
On my bucket list was shooting the Yosemite falls in .the middle of the nite and catching all the stars ....well I finally accomplished this using my D 810 and a 24-70 2.8 ....
I will post this later at an appropriate time ...,meanwhile ... Great shots .., it certainly brings back memories .., thnx for sharing ...
That's why it's called a HASSEL. BAD. ..these shots taken in Alaska with the big 'H' camera ....are bad ass ...thnx for sharing and showing what can be done with a lens and a great camera ...
I would love to see more .... ..
You are so right .. I Can't see the Forrest Gus da trees ....😂
You're 1,000 % right ... 12 years of college and of no use and I stand corrected ...the filter has accidentally been left on.. I cross threaded once and now ...... that's what the lens cap,is for ......actually I better leave it in the camera bag in case the lens cap goes missing .. Which all lens caps tend to do ....
How do you lose a 90mm lens cap .... Well ...it could happen ...
Mine was a lucky one ... No firmware needed ...thnx ..
