These were all taken at high noon, but in some parts of the building, it was pitch black. The last photo is a 4 second exposure, I didn't realize I had captured a ghost in 2 images until I put them into the computer at home.

Welcome to hedgehog! I am also new to this site. I'm enjoying all the comments from others! Your photos are great!
I just read a really good article on Phottix Mitros flashes. Shutterbug gave it really high rating. You might check that out I am really happy with my other products from them, they say it is a full featured flash. www.OmegaBrandess.com
I have also done newbies, and you did a great job! I'm sure the parents will cherish them. I also love the whimsical hats, aren't they fun?
You are not the only one! So many are being lost, they are falling down. Thanks for your comments.
These were taken at Conner Prairie in Indiana. It is a living history museum near Indianapolis.
Thanks, I love the blk. And wh.also. It was a gray and windy day.
These are of the Castillo de San Marcos fort in St. Augustine. It is a National Park.
It is not a campground; it is the Fountain of Youth in St. Augustine, Fla. We are privileged to camp there once a year with a living history encampment. By the way, I grew up in Indy, my family is still there. Thanks, Critter.
These are some of the peacocks we camped with this past weekend. Pretty, but noisy. They are really something to see early in the morning when several are in the tree roosting at once!

I love abandoned places and these are great shots either way! But I think I prefer b&w, the second also.
