I agree with srt101fan that the person you are referring to has a sarcastic streak but when he gets in his "teaching mode" he can really dish out the knowledge. With some people you have to overlook their flaws to get to the real person.
When I first joined UHH the trolls and nasty people were rampant and I almost quit until a very nice person explained that there were several trolls that tried to run new people off. If I hadn't taken his advice and stayed I would have missed out on mountains of information and help on photos that I really needed.
There is one person on UHH that I have had to put on the ignore list. He is demeaning and a pompous a**. By putting him on the ignore list I don't see any of his posts.
If the reason you have asked the question again, did you not find the answer you were looking for? If you let everyone know that you have asked and still need answers, you may find they are more willing to help.
Best wishes what ever decision you make but I do hope you don't give up on UHH.

One of the best things I've done, pet wise, was to adopt a mama kitty and 2 of her babies. The "babies" are now 3 years old and mom still takes care of them and plays with them like she did when they were little. I am so happy that I adopted this little family and I think Mama (Felicity) is happy that she has been able to watch kittens from her litter grow up.
Please give those 2 adorable kitties hugs and kisses from me!!

Nice!! My personal preference is to not have much sky over my main subject as I feel it detracts...however....in this photo I think the clouds add to the photo. Nicely done!!!

Very nice!!! I love the pose in #1. If you could clone out the guy in the red shirt behind your son that would make it the best of the 3 for me. My second favorite is the last one. The pose in the second one is nice but seems a little stiff. I just don't think it conveys his personality like the first and last do.

I have an older Honda Goldwing (motorcycle) that has GPS but has to have a current map loaded into the system to be accurate. Garmin no longer does these updates. It has been interesting to see that I'm crossing a swamp or riding through woods even though I am on perfectly good roads. I now use my iPhone so I no longer use the bike's GPS but I did get a kick out of those inaccuracies.
