I use Lightroom and sometimes Nikon Capture when I don't know how to do it in Lightroom.

Nikon has a download on their website for windows as a codec. I use it and install it on others machines since it is transparent and fast.

The SB700 is a good choice for the D3200. Down the road, should you decide to do off camera flash, you would have to get the D910 or find a used SB800. These have the ability to be a Master in off camera and can control the other flashes. This depends on how far you want to take your photo flash experience. Stick to the Nikon speed lights though as others are not as easily supported. You can always call 1800 nikonus for support or go to www.nikonusa.com

As near as I can tell, yes it does. Ebay has it listed in their products.

I just purchased one of my own. It has greater range than the other Nikon Speedlights. I already have an SB800 which was semi-similar. The SB800 was discontinued for the SB900 which had some issues. The SB910 resolved those issues and has greater ease with the menus. I have both the sb910 and the sb800 in wescott umbrellas and get really nice portraits etc. Shooting large rooms, you can place it off camera and use the on camera strobe to either trip it without the on camera participating in the exposure or using both with true through the lens metering..

The D3000 / D3100 is the Nikon entry level camera. It has a lot of nice features including weight and size, APS is nice in some instances as it effectively multiplies the focal length of your lenses by about 1.5 (ie a 50 mm becomes a 75 and a 300 becomes essentially a 450mm) which is why many pros carry an APS and a full frame (cheap lens extension). The D3000 is an ok camera but doesn't hold the strap of a D4. And while not throwing rocks at the D3000, the D3100, D5200 and D7100 are better performers. I wouldn't throw any of them away though. I love my D7100 as it has the same processor and many of the same features of the D800e.

Light Room has a very good way to take a photo in color and convert to black and white with only a subject in color.

This guy has a good website and tutorials on this and other Lightroom, Photoshop and Elements subjects. And the price is right for the info (FREE)

Yes Nikon Capture, Lightroom 5, and Portrait Pro because I can keep the images in RAW and non-destructive.
