Let me tell you about Netflix, I got an email from them that I had to upgrade my password because of hacker using the site, ok so I go in setup a new password and log off and the new password did not work. So I called tech support so they can help me setup right one hour later still no password, bottom line told them just to cancel my membership. 10 seconds later it was cancel, not a thank you, sorry , I was a member since the get go when they used the mail system.
