I recently bought a Yungnuo flash and I really like it a lot. There are several different models to choose from so take you time and check them all out. Some even have TTL capabilities but they are all considerably cheaper than the Cannon & Nikon models and they are just as good (IMHO). I bought the model # 560 - it's an all manual flash with a GN of 39. The unit cost me around $70
I actually use a Cannon back pack bag that I bought @ best buy for $60. It's comfortable to wear and it holds my Olympus E510 with 4 different lenses along with a lense baby, extra batteries, all the chargers, my external flash, batteries for the flash, the camera manuals and afew other "gadgets".
Thank you - please let me know your opinion of the camera as that is one I am considering purchasing.
What camera do you use that lense with/
I've read specs and even reviews but I'm just looking for advice from people who already have cameras and lenses that work well in low light situations.
Thanx Josh - I'll be sure to check it out. What camera you shoot with? You heard anything about the Sony A 77?
I'm sure almost everyone has a problem in low light situations. Can anyone recomend a camera/lens that works good in low light? Also, I've read a lot about the new Sony cameras but it seems the only talk is about the new style viewfinder the camera uses and nothing about the quality of the pics. Anyone out there familiar with the Sony A77 and the kit lens you can get with it? I believe the kit lens is an 18-55 / 2.8.
