I've been looking on Amazon at the camera and laptop style backpacks that hold everything I own. They also have smaller sling style bags that hold the camera and a couple lenses. Just find the one that will work best for your needs and do a little research to see if you can find a better deal on it elsewhere. Amazon usually has good prices though. Good luck!

Sounds like you need an adjustable backpack. By adjustable I mean the inside dividers of the backpack can be placed where you want them (usually by velcro) to accommodate the equipment your carrying. Something like this?: http://www.amazon.com/Aktiv-Professional-Weather-Computer-Backpack/dp/B002VGWFF4/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1323888566&sr=8-7

Don't forget 'sling' or 'courier' (one-strap) bags such as the LowePro SlingShot, www.lowepro.com

Cheers,

Take a look at the Sling back packs (http://www.tamrac.com/frame_velocity.htm) and (http://www.cameratown.com/reviews/kata3n1/) These are just a few.
Another if you just want to carry two cameras and lens is from Cotton Carrier (http://buy.cottoncarrier.com/).

I use the LowePro Photo Trekker in the field. (Not the Mini Trekker) I haul 2 bodies, 6 lenses, 2 flash units, a meter, several filters, field guides, misc. accesories, spare batteries, a couple collapsible reflectors (white and gold),a netbook, a raincoat, a couple water bottles and lunch. My tripod straps onto the outside and I use my monopod as a walking stick. This gets me deep into Yellowstone Park and is still pretty quick access for setup.
Should also say I am 6'5" and 275#, I wouldn't recommend hauling all this to a little guy or most women, I have weighed this rig full and its pushing 45# depending on what I throw in for lunch!

I'll echo Roger here. I have both the Slingshot AW100 and AW 200 depending on what I am taking along. They allow easy flip around access and are comfortable and tough (theyre 4 years old and look like new). They also have a built in rainhood in case of wet weather which you can kneel on in a pinch to save wet pants. and they have plenty of attachment points for tripod, monopod, etc. Well worth the $.

Do you have space in AW200 for 2 body?
