I shoot with that setup, D5300 w/ 70-300mm 4.5-5.6 lens.
I love the weight,the wireless WMU and the versatility.

My big sister took me and we were there for Friday only
She had a lemon yellow Camaro, with a 327 engine, we gave a girl a lift on the hood. She had to jump off because it was too hot and some of her swimsuit stayed on the hood
I was 17 and sis was 27
We came down Rt 17 from Hancock and missed the insane traffic
Big sisters give baby brothers some good memories!

Morning,
You need to link your phone to the camera using wi-fi, then control the camera using the Nikon WMU app.
For me the hardest part of this process it trying to be natural and not look into the camera while posing.
Here is a sample of me and my granddaughter using my 5300 in that process.

I was out cleaning snow this morning, when I came upon the frozen Ivy.
It interested me and i came to shoot,but then the water dripping off of the icicles is what came to my attention, and I found it challenging.
I shoot with a D5300 and I used my 40mmMacro, I wonder if I use the 70-300 zoom from a further distance would i be able to get a clearer shot?
