The same here. I had both eyes done at the same time, But noticed no difference in seeing color. To be honest , I was a bit disappointed, as everyone I knew said the colors seemed brighter after the their surgery

I already did that. I am thinking that perhaps in the trial version of photolab, not all is usable, although if this is the case, I can not understand why

I purchased the upgrade to the Nik Collection, Nik 4 because I love Silver Efex pro. Much to my chagrin, It didn't work with on1, Nor could it work with my raw files as a stand alone. I was given some suggestions by a support person, but none of them worked. (on1 said it was aware of the problem, and was working on it, and by the fall should have a fix(in their new upgrade I would presume).I then asked for my money back. The support person told me that once I purchased I could not get my money back, but he said they would make an exception, but ONLY if they could access my mac to do the uninstall themselves. I said No to that because I don't want them in my machine, and the collection came with its own uninstall, and I also have and use the App cleaner.

I then downloaded the trial of DXO Photolab4 so I could see how the nike upgrade worked. When I started to use it, I quickly saw that I could not access or use the nik collection, nor could I save to disk. Both those buttons were grayed out. A week ago I emailed that same person back and told him of the problem. He said I had to stare another ticket, which I did. It has been a week and despite sending two requests, I have heard nothing back, except for the automated response that says that hte request has been received.

I can not understand why I have not heard anything, and this seems to be very counterproductive on DXO's part. I was already to spend the bucks to buy photolab4, But now am quite hesitant to do so.
Has anyone else had this problem trying to get support from DXO?

No catch whatever. I have used it to buy an ipad, computer etc, and B&H pays the sales tax..WONDERFUL!

I requested a refund about a month before Ai came out. After reading about it, and seeing some videos, I decided it was not for me. They asked why,and I told them. They then suggested I wait to download it, and give it 30 days. I said no, and said I wanted my refund, and I did get it. After that I removed Luminar 4 from my i mac and went back to on1. I am glad that I asked for and received my refund

I cancelled my order to luminar ai a bout a month ago. The more I read about it, the more I decided it was not for me. I did use and love luminar 3 and 4, However, it was always soo slow, and also had other niggling things that annoyed me, so I started playing around with my on1 photoraw2020, and Found out that it was faster, and did the things I wanted more easily and with more stability. I had already preordered the 2021 edition. I have since uninstalled all Luminar from my machine, which BTW is pretty fast and has 32 gigs of fast ram..so there was no reason for luninar to be so slow

When I decided to buy Olympus, and I sold much of my Nikon stuff to friends. I still had a bunch of Nikon stuff left. I told Robert's what I had in the way of cameras and lenses. They gave me a quote, sendt me shipping labels for the cartons, and when they got my stuff, they actually paid me more than their original quote, as My Nikon Camera and lenses were in such beautiful condition.
I have also purchased a few things from their used dept. The quality was excellent, and their guarentee was for 6 months!

When a store issues a refund to a credit card, it can take up to 10 business days to see. Adorama may have issued your credit to your card company, But it has not shown up yet. I , too, find this amazing as I am charged as soon as I purchase, yet when I am supposed to get a refund, it takes a while..But I have always gotten it
