Best of luck to you and I hope your conversation with Epson comes up with a solution. I've got a call with Dell coming up that will either resolve an issue with a Dell laptop or remove them permanently from my "do business with again in the future" list.

I have helped a lot of people with printer problems. The best fix I found is go to the control panel and see if
your printer is the primary printer take out any other printers if there is any. Windows gets them all mixed up a lot. Joe
