Did you talk to her? Ask her why she is not using your information as agreed. She may not realize she is in the wrong and may correct it. If not harsher steps may be needed.

I have a 105mm macro and am able to get the 1:1 photos, but how can I get those great macro shots showing bug eyes, etc.? I've read about a clip-on macro attachment to a lens that will enable this, but don't know the name of it. Anybody familiar with it, and any other ideas are greatly welcomed.

A set of Kenko auto-extension tubes will not add any distortion to your photography. In contrast, 2x doublers and screw-in diopter lenses do not have the coatings you need to preserve image contrast, and simple lenses introduce chromatic aberration.

To "get those great macro shots showing bug eyes", you need enough light (available or speedlight) to shoot at smaller apertures. With my Nikkor 105G, I routinely shoot at ISO 400, 1/200-sec at f/22, using a SB-600 Speedlight as my light source. Tubes will require a bit more light, or a bit larger aperture.

Great shot, the only thing I can see to improve it is next time have him smile!

I love the Tonto Creek photo. The only way to improve it would be to put a babe in a bikini on the log! Good work, I love the colors.

Great work! Amazing how bears, like humans, vary in appearance. Some have close set eyes, like the first one, some have longer snouts and some shorter. There are other difference if one studies them. Thanks for sharing.

My first thought as I saw the first photo was "what is the story here?" It is just too much to take in all at once. The second is simpler, but boring. The third grabbed me. I like it a lot. It captures the imagination. If I were judging this contest, I would chose it over the other two. Good work.

Sometimes Santa uses alternate transportation! I enjoyed this shot. Good work. In fact both shots were nice.

I have somewhat dabbled in stitching lakefront pictures. In short attached is one consisting of 3 or maybe 4 shots that have been stitched. I find it difficult and time consuming to do and like to ask for some advice and perhaps fix some aberration in one of them, if possible. I have PS but I am not able to use it yet. The right hand side, under the flowering tree, in the far distance shows some bad blue spots looking like ink smudges. Any help, just advice, and perhaps correction to the picture would be well received.

It might be just these old eyes of mine, but the entire tree looks out of focus to me. I think the knot should at least be sharp. But who am I to say?

Yes, the forum appears to be very helpful. I use a Nikon D80. I like photography but my skills are at best rudimentary. People on this forum are pretty accomplished

Yes, I noticed that most people here are very accomplished. Do not let that stop you, I can testify that I have learned much from these people because they are mostly friendly and willing to share their knowledge. This is a really good place to learn.
Thank You Everyone!!!!
