The chip will take care of all fragile people. Ultimately, we are heading there to eliminate fragile people, individual differences, and all pain. Life will be wonderful. Everyone will be the same.

Ultimately in the name of fairness and to make us "truly" all the same, we will get to the point where a tiny chip is in all of us from birth. This chip will make us all identical in terms of looks, knowledge, personality and beliefs. We will no longer have any worry about folks not understanding that photographs are manipulated for advertising and other such matters. We will be programmed on what to purchase. We will also be programmed on being happy without any worry of competition and fear of life itself.

Thirty some years ago when my kids were younger and began to watch TV, my wife and I would ask during commercial time, "what are they trying to sell you?". My kids grew up understanding that advertising was, IN PART, a manipulation to get people to want a product. Thirty plus years later, we have gotten to a point where some think it is necessary to "denote" a label for product enhancement in advertising. Should we not also in the bottom right hand corner of all movie frames put a disclaimer noting real frame versus computer manipulated frame.

I think we should also move to not use the color red in paintings in the future. Red may invoke feelings of passion, anger or even warmth.

The real work back in the "film days" was in the darkroom. Developing the negatives, burning in the picture, timing/temperature of developing the paper and appropriately "fixing" the final product took patience and work! Shooting the picture was the easier part - all those years ago....

I find light yellow or light orange filters can be helpful. This shot was with a very light yelloe filter. You can see the effect.

I was a strict Nikon user since 1971. I switched to an Olympus E M5 II about a year ago. I had a great Nikon Camera with super expensive, great Nikon Lenses. I switched because it was a super pain in the butt to take pictures. 4 lb lens, 2 lb camera lugging 5 miles into the woods. I can take the olympus anywhere with a lumix 100-300mm lens and shoot eagles, 300 feet away with grand results. Was the Nikon stuff all around better. Yes. The bottom line is I'm taking my camera everywhere I go. The pics I am getting are fantastic. There are trade offs, I dont use AF continous, I dont crop much but anything 11x17 is never a problem. If you are serious on olympus, wait for the M1 III or M5 III. They will have somewhat bigger/better sensors. Good Luck!

did you look up the info recorded for each pic by right clicking on the pic name or pic icon on your computer and looking under properties. you should be able to see file type, date and type and the lens type, focal length, etc. If you had the camera w you at the the time the pictures were taken and it looks like it was your lens, that would be a clue. If not, you are in the twilight zone and may want to contact George Norey or Dave Shrader or email Art Bell. I'd go with Bell.

using one now. Love it. get an i7 processor and no less than 8gb memory. You should be able to get a good deal if you hunt. Office MAX/Depot often has a sweet deal on these. Never an issue doing camera work, Again i7 processor and no less than 8gb memory.

Happy for you. My story. I had a relatively new Nikon D7100 with a brand new Nikon 300mm F4 (great lens). I was out shooting eagles. I knew a nest where 2 small rivers met. Being summer, I started wading in the larger of the two rivers to get closer to the nest. All of a sudden, my legs up to beyond mid thigh are trapped in some kind of river silt. I could not move. I yelled HELP. I was in the middle of nowhere and stuck. As I lost balance, The lens hit the water. not the camera. I figured out I needed to swim to get free. In a last ditch effort to save something/anything, I was able to maneuver enough to toss the camera about 10-12 feet to the shore. With moving to Swim position, I was able to free my legs and get out. Once out, I darted to the camera on shore. The lens had water in it. I disconnected the camera. The D7100 turned out to be fine. The lens was a total loss. However, when I got home, I realized I purchased the lens with my American Express Card. If I remembered correctly, they had some type of warranty program for new items recently purchased. I called AMEX. It was true. I received the full purchase price for the lens. I also quit wading in unknown rivers. True Story.
