Ford is the only one that sells oil specified for limited slip diffs. Everyone else uses 80 w gear oil and uses an additive to lube the clutches.

MOST motor oils are very good. Have you ever looked in an engine that was full of sludge even though the oil was changed regularly? Quaker State! They claim to have fixed the problem but I still use Shell Rotella.

I am nearly 100! I always sang to the people as they passed over me. I remember people trying to be first to the middle and teens climbing me dive into the water below. Then 20 years ago they built this lifeless slab to replace me. It doesn't sing but no one has to take turns. The highway department doesn't want me and the preservation society doesn't know what to do with me. I thought I was forgotten. Then today a man stopped by. I remember him as a child listening to my song. And as a teen driving his car at different speeds to hear all my tunes. He took some pictures then just stood and looked at me! I swear there was a tear in his eye as he drove away.

I won't comment on torture I have no experience on either side BUT we are seeing evidence that corporal punishment is a necessity! We are entering the second generation of children raised with no corporal punishment in school and discouraged at home. Compare the youth of today with those of us raised when punishment was swift and sure. Out generation didn't riot because we disliked cops, or the new president, or the fact that we were different. In point of fact those protesting the Viet Nam war did so peacefully with sit in. There was respect something that is sorely lacking today.

The car with the wheel descending from the trunk was not a mod! That was an actual option put into production.

90 percent of the time when my camera comes out it is to record a memory so I can revisit it and or share it with someone whom wasn't there. What anyone thinks is not even a consideration. 5 percent of the time my pictures are proof of my you ain't gonna believe this shit story. Truckers have a million of em and you would be surprised how many of them are true. I have pictures of my semi next to a Saturn V rocket, the USS Alabama and nose to nose with a 747 on the tarmac at Dulles. I wasn't creating art I was declaring yes it really did happen. The other 5 percent I guess you could consider art and when I am doing that this list is probably helpful. If I only shot for art I probably would not bother to shoot at all. Not everyone can be Ansel Adams, I know I am not, not even going to try. Please do not ruin my fun because you believe that art is the only reason to pick up a camera.

I am ALWAYS relaxed with my camera in hand. One other thing I did remember at both sister's weddings I carried a list of must have pics the bride requested. the one I shot 27 rolls of film! 4 of those in b/w at the bride's request. The maid of honor was terrific at drawing people towards the camera without making things look staged but help like her is probably a rarity.

I would say I am not even the amature you are but I have covered 2 weddings for my sister's both were well pleased. They were both in film days and one requested some b/w shots so I had two bodies and 3 lenses. Just relax, watch for people having fun, shoot away! Use your long lens to catch candids of people having fun! Use your long lense to catch candids of people that tend to pose when a camera comes out. You will do well and your niece will be pleased I promise!
