It’s great for landscape work. As it’s lightweight and the superb IS also makes it possible to get away without using a tripod (sometimes).

While I love my m43, I cannot say that landscape is where it shines. In fact, I am thinking seriously about changing to Sony or Fuji mirrorless to get away from the 2x crop factor.

Very nice. Nice contrast from that RX10 with the snow and white bird.

I liked the series. I liked the second chess shot better than the first. I found the cut off head of the standing man a little distracting. Other than that color me envious.

Thanks for the nice feedback. I completely agree. I was kind of angry with myself about not paying attention to the head being cut off.

Neet shots. I like the processing on the first one. The last makes me nostalgic; I had that Mousegetar as a kid (albeit a hand-me-down)

Great shot. I really like being able to 'feel' them running.

If this is your first try, then you're on your way. This is a nice series. You've already caught onto what I consider a basic "rule" of street: if a joint bends, photograph it bent. I see all but your first photo follow this. Would suggest putting your center of interest more toward one side or the other, as that gives more of a feeling of "energy" to a photo. The last two photos do this, but numbers 5 and 6 are rather centered. (In the last two, although the more interesting character is almost centered, I consider the two people as a single unit.) It's hard to make suggestions because all-in-all, they're decent photos. Keep it up.
If this is your first try, then you're on your way... (show quote)

Thanks so much for the kind words and the advice. I will keep an eye on the positioning. It was a fun experience limiting my self to one prime and B&W for this 'experiment', I might be hooked!

Download looks absolutely great and definitely Maine. Nice image! /George

Completely agree on it being great. I was going to guess more toward Conway than Maine.
