Conclusion

Based on the review of Crossfire Hurricane and related intelligence activities, we
conclude that the Department and the FBI failed to uphold their important mission of strict
fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report. As
noted, former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith committed a criminal offense by fabricating
language in an email that was material to the FBI obtaining a FISA surveillance order. In other
instances, FBI personnel working on that same FISA application displayed, at best, a cavalier
attitude towards accuracy and completeness. FBI personnel also repeatedly disregarded
important requirements when they continued to seek renewals of that FISA surveillance while
acknowledging - both then and in hindsight - that they did not genuinely believe there was
probable cause to believe that the target was knowingly engaged in clandestine intelligence
activities on behalf of a foreign power, or knowingly helping another person in such activities.43
And certain personnel disregarded significant exculpatory information that should have
prompted investigative restraint and re-examination.

Our investigation also revealed that senior FBI personnel displayed a serious lack of
analytical rigor towards the information that they received, especially information received from
politically affiliated persons and entities. This information in part triggered and sustained
Crossfire Hurricane and contributed to the subsequent need for Special Counsel Mueller's
investigation. In particular, there was significant reliance on investigative leads provided or
funded (directly or indirectly) by Trump's political opponents. The Department did not
adequately examine or question these materials and the motivations of those providing them,
even when at about the same time the Director ofthe FBI and others learned of significant and
potentially contrary intelligence.

In light of the foregoing, there is a continuing need for the FBI and the Department to
recognize that lack of analytical rigor, apparent confirmation bias, and an over-willingness to
rely on information from individuals connected to political opponents caused investigators to fail
to adequately consider alternative hypotheses and to act without appropriate objectivity or
restraint in pursuing allegations of collusion or conspiracy between a U.S. political campaign and
a foreign power. Although recognizing that in hindsight much is clearer, much of this also seems
to have been clear at the time. We therefore believe it is important to examine past conduct to
identify shortcomings and improve how the government carries out its most sensitive functions.
Section V discusses some of these issues more fully.

This report does not recommend any wholesale changes in the guidelines and policies
that the Department and the FBI now have in place to ensure proper conduct and accountability
in how counterintelligence activities are carried out. Rather, it is intended to accurately describe
the matters that fell under our review and to assist the Attorney General in determining how the
Department and the FBI can do a better, more credible job in fulfilling its responsibilities, and in
analyzing and responding to politically charged allegations in the future. Ultimately, of course,
meeting those responsibilities comes down to the integrity of the people who take an oath to
follow the guidelines and policies currently in place, guidelines that date from the time of
Attorney General Levi and that are designed to ensure the rule of law is upheld. As such, the
answer is not the creation of new rules but a renewed fidelity to the old. The promulgation of
additional rules and regulations to be learned in yet more training sessions would likely prove to
be a fruitless exercise if the FBI's guiding principles of "Fidelity, Bravery and Integrity" are not
engrained in the hearts and minds of those sworn to meet the FBI' s mission of "Protect[ing] the
American People and Uphold[ing] the Constitution of the United States.

Didn't know that Biden has been president for ten years. I must have missed that memo.
That's as far as I read your post because it's obviously bullsh!t.

I'm sorry, I just assumed even complete i***ts would know that Biden has infested US elected offices for over 5 decades. I guess I was mistaken, sorry.

California Democrats slap black people one more time.

After spending two years giving b****s hope of receiving r********ns, reality is setting in.

California state senator Steven Bradford (D), a member of the state’s R********ns Task Force, is warning black residents that massive r********ns payments are “just not happening.”

The Democrat party, throughout history, has always sought to ens***e the black folks in one way or another. Their methods, control, and use of that demographic is always evolving, but the end result has never changed. As long as those folks perform the duties the Dems demand of them, the Dems will provide them, even if illusionary, the minimum needed to keep them performing for them. That's one of the main reasons the Dem party divides all of the demographic groups up in their party.

Are European nations embracing all electric vehicles and pushing like Joe Biden is jamming this down Americans' throats? What about NASCAR and Formula One? Can you imagine the soon to be run Indy 500 having to use electric vehicles? I recall the hub bub back in the day when the gas turbine showed up and nearly won the Indy 500 by a lot had it not been for a bearing failure???

Formula One will never have electric vehicles, the ruling body, FIA created Formula E almost a decade ago to cover that racing platform. Their next Grand Prix race is scheduled for Jakarta next month. The company I work for is actively involved it most all of the FIA auto-sport platforms.

Last I heard, NASCAR is also looking at an E-car series.

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/restoring-america/fairness-justice/german-newspaper-cancels-corruption-report-on-bidens-albanian-buddy

In recent months, the Washington Examiner has reported on the strange story of how Albania, a NATO ally that few Americans think about, has become Europe’s own narco-state over the past decade. And has done so with the peculiar tolerance of the Biden administration .

That decade coincides with the rule of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his Socialist Party, which remain in Washington’s good graces despite the involvement of numerous Albanian politicians in drug-fueled corruption.

Things got tricky for Tirana with January’s indictment by the Justice Department of Charles McGonigal, a senior FBI official who went rogue and stands charged with money laundering. As this contributor has reported , the McGonigal scandal, which is highly embarrassing for the FBI, possesses a major Albanian angle. Moreover, McGonigal’s relationship with Rama, including involvement in alleged shakedowns of Albanian businesspeople for millions of dollars, raises troubling questions about who in Washington knew what was going on.

Recently, this contributor speculated that the Biden administration may be preparing to cut ties with Rama and his associates, given the increasingly public nature of the McGonigal scandal. It seems I spoke too soon.

A few days ago, I was contacted by a senior reporter with Bild, a major German tabloid. To be clear, Bild does serious reporting, and it’s Europe’s highest-circulation newspaper. Bild has previously reported embarrassing things about Rama, including wiretaps showing the prime minister’s involvement in v**e-buying and blackmail.

I was happy to answer Bild’s questions about Albania, based on my Washington Examiner articles and the fact that I was a top Balkan expert for the National Security Agency. I confirmed that Albania, under Rama, has become Europe's leading narco-state with connections to narcotrafficking interests across the planet.

Bild also asked me about a shadowy Albanian, Dorian Ducka, who appears in the McGonigal scandal (Ducka previously served as a deputy minister in Rama’s government). My answer: "Ducka is a high-level consigliere to PM Rama. He is involved in the McGonigal scandal in an unflattering way. He is alleged to be involved in similar activities in several countries, including Germany, on behalf of the Socialist Party."

None of this is news to anybody who closely follows Albanian media (and it’s definitely not news to Western intelligence and law enforcement agencies). The Bild article was slated to go live this weekend, in time for Albania’s local e******ns on Sunday — e******ns which the opposition claims (with agreement from Western experts) have been illegally influenced by Rama and his friends.

However, the Bild reporter informed me, with surprise and dismay, that top editors had k**led the story (which included comments from others besides myself, such as top German security experts). When I asked why, the reporter informed me that Bild leadership explained that "Washington stands by Rama," and therefore, the report cannot run.

Rama’s influence in Germany is real.

As the reporter revealed, the Albanian prime minister has cultivated — and likely bought — the political and media landscape in Germany. NATO intelligence officials have told me that Rama has essentially bought off German politicians and influencers.

In other words, Germany’s highest-circulation newspaper, which enjoys a reputation for muckraking journalism, won’t publish negative reports about Rama and his friends lest they offend Tirana – and, more important, Washington.

For years now, we’ve heard a great deal from Democrats and their media allies about democracy "dying in darkness" amid the dire threat of "disinformation." When it comes to Albania, however, it seems that the Biden administration is helping censor free speech when it’s a bad look for their friends. Even, that is, when those friends are corrupt, undemocratic, and close to some of the worst organized crime organizations on Earth.

My brother has always had a very simple solution he used at his two businesses, he has always offered a 5% discount for cash, and just because of that, according to him, 3/4th's of his retail customers always pay in cash. He offers similar to his business/commercial customers who are all net 30, immediate payment gets 7% disc., within 15D gets 5%. He says he gets about the same result, with approx 70% paying in under 15.

Most states use a schedule to determine child support. It’s a math problem. The court has to consider the best interests of the child, considering the lifestyle expected if the parents had been in a committed relationship. A judge already made a determination of the amount the non-custodial parent should pay to support the child. Some states have a $25.00 per month minimum. H****r has asked for a downward deviation but has yet to show he isn’t capable of making the ordered payments. He has an uphill battle.

Everything you've stated in this thread is well said, and spot on. Regarding H****r's current child support payments, the amount was reportedly determined in an agreement between the two parties, and not the court. That will make it even more of an uphill climb for him. One thing i would add, in many states, when the court has to determine support, the formula normally uses the income of both parents in the calculation--Arkansas is one such state. Here in NYS, it's a bit different. For one child, it's normally calculated as 17% of the AGI for the non-custodial parent. I personally know a woman here who has lived quite well and even obtained a Doctorate in chemistry thanks to the child support she received from the three different, and quite wealthy fathers, whose children she had.

It should also be noted that generally, courts expect the payee to vigorously pursue and maintain gainful employment in order to fulfill their continued obligations in supporting the child. They typically don't look kindly on those who avoid, or are "too busy", to pursue regular income, and especially those who try to hide income, as a way to keep their payments low. Wife told me she has even seen judges require regular job search reports in child support cases where one of the parties was claiming they couldn't find work.
