OK genius, if we gave every inmate a pair of bolt cutters, cutting torch, full set of tools, shovels and ropes, told the guards they couldn’t shoot’em, and gave them full run of the yard for 24 hours, I’ll guarantee you in 24 hours all 2 million would be GONE!!! LOL
AND, they wouldn’t be out looking for work either, they’d be stealing, raping and pillaging!!!
