He wants to get his way at all cost regardless of cost and because he has no learned coping sk**ls, just look at his upbringing, he reacts the only way he knows how. He reacts in a surley and petchelent manner, which is an adult temper tantrum. By not acting in the country's best interest and signing the bill to prevent a Governmental shutdown, he chose instead to throw the people, both Republican and Democrat, the federal employees under the bus. It was really P**********l of him to do it at Christmas. He then blames everyone but himself flor the problems he helps create.
