I just called and their customer service told me May/June of 2018 would be the last.

It's a bug that's been fixed in 2015.9.

Downloading the DNG app won't allow you to open the original RAW files in ACR. You would need to convert the RAW images to DNG using the app and then open the DNG files in ACR.

I have this lens and it's one of my favorites. When it's in stock, the refurbished version of the lens is less expensive than the normal retail version.

Talking state by state and you know it.

One failure of the e*******l college is its ability for a threadbare majority in a given state to nullify the v**es of millions in the national e******n. Candidate A wins the statewide popular by 10,000 v**es out of a total of four million b****ts cast, then 100% of the states e*******l v**es go to that candidate. The v**es of 1,990,000 v**ers are nullified by 10,000 people. It's hardly representative.

Using your logic, Trump should get 18 of California's 55 v**es. If you follow that for every state, neither Hillary or Trump would reach 270. It would then go to the House to decide and since the House was already a Republican majority, Trump would still be President-Elect.

There is no "need" for the e*******l college. It is an anachronism that we out grew decades ago. We are simply stuck with it.

The E*******l College eliminates the possibility of states which have a vast majority of one party over the other (like California) controlling the outcome of the e******n and equalizes the power of the states. The candidate with the most v**es per state won the state and T***p w*n 30 out of 50 states plus DC. That means he won the majority of the country and therefore should be President-Elect.

Democrats want to get rid of the EC because they have enough i***ts drinking the Kool-Aid in states like California. If California succeeds, we may never see a Democratic president ever again.

Do You Understand the E*******l College?

I used Aperture for about a year before switching to Lightroom. Lightroom's Library module is just as capable as Aperture, it just takes a little time to get used to. Photos feels like a dumbed down version of iPhotos.
Lightroom can handle importing from your Aperture Libraries (File->Plug-in Extras->Import from Aperture Library) but not Photos. If your images are managed by Photos, you'll have to export them back out to someplace on your drive before you can import them into Lightroom. If they're referenced, you can import them from where they reside.

Not to go off on a tangent or hijack the thread but, FYI, the PPI setting means nothing if you're supplying pixel dimensions. For example, if you export an image at 3000x2000 pixels @ 1000 ppi and @ 10ppi, the two files will be the exact same file size.

Sounds like a rant from someone who didn't record his login/password.

I agree. The OP didn't use a login/password that they could remember, neglected to record it (either on paper or in a password manager like LastPass), and blames Yahoo?! The OP needs to look in the mirror to see who's really looney (referring to the OP calling Yahoo a looney outfit).

I didn't bold it in my original post because I assumed people were smart enough to read the whole post. I chose to bold it in my reply because I obviously overestimated the reading comprehension of individuals.

Exposure is more than just 3 values. Do you want a shallow depth of field? Are you trying to freeze motion or blur it?
1/8000 @ f/1.8 ISO 400 may be properly exposed image but if you're trying to blur motion and don't mind a deeper DOF, 1/60 @ f/11 ISO 100 would be more appropriate.

And yet, you give an example with the same 3 values.

Read my reply again. I've bolded the portion which shows that there's more to an exposure than 3 values.

When I drive to CT/RI, I take 287 over the Tappan Zee to the Merrick Parkway and then get on 95 near the PEZ museum.
