It seems I have priced this body too high?

Resonable offers will be considered, otherwise I will hang on to it.

I am looking to upgrade to the mark IV and have been primarily using a 7DII. Would like to only carry one body and can not afford the 1DX II.
I have not used this body that much, thus the low shutter count (4512).
Purchased new from B&H in May 2015 and has been well taken care of. Includes all original items and original box.
