A fine dish to make and tasty as well! Photo No.2, shows a medium red onion cut rough, with two celery stocks cut diagonally into small pieces. Season heavy with: oregano, sweet basil, cracked black pepper, a sprinkle of turermic, Italian season. Sauté in pot with coconut oil 4 to 5 minutes mixing well.

Photo No.3 shows after sauté is done, add 5 chopped garlic cloves mixed in. Now photo No.4, add 1/2 cup Chardonnay White Wine, 3/4 can of low sodium chicken stock, two heavy tea spoons of tomato paste and bring to simmer while mixing. Add one cup of white rice soaking in warm water in strainer, (I used Jasmine Rice) add to veggies and mix in liquid.

Bring to a boil and add Mussels, cover to pressure cooker and cook on first red ring 7 minute! If you are using a pot on your stove top simmer rice at least 20 minutes, then add Mussels to rice and cook no longer than 10 MINUTES OR LESS covered !!!

Added to dish is my favorite salad, Plum Tomatoes cut coarsely, with Calamata Olives and cubed Feta Cheese seasoned with oregano, sweet basil, cracked black pepper, and dribbled with olive oil! Hope you try it! AP

I do love the d750 - amazing camera for the money and low light performance is very strong. I can shoot at 6400 with virtually very little noise. the d7100 can't match the low light performance, but without an aa filter, its actually a little sharper.

I agree., very good at high ISO's.

Delightful captures. Gotta love that G2!

Thanks for looking. I really like the G2. Doesn't seem soft at 600 at all, and is scary sharp at 150mm.

Unusual Outstanding Capture. Great color and super sharp.

D750 Nikon body in S mode 1/2000 f/6.3 @600mm ISO 720 handheld for Osprey. Woodpecker 1/2000 f/6.3 @600mm ISO 450. Tamron 150-600 G2. Still learning the body and lens. Higher shutter speed hand held yields more keepers. I let the ISO go auto since the FF D750 does very well at high ISO's.

While taking photos of Ospreys feeding chicks I found that a pair of pleated woodpeckers had excavated a huge hole in the net box pole! Two birds one pole. The Ospreys have two chicks and take turns fishing.

Living in Savannah. Originally from Philadelphia. First camera 1976 Canon AE-1. Currently use Nikon crop and full frame (d7100, d750) with pretty good glass. Shoot mostly events and a lot of low light without strobe but prefer street photography. Have pretty much shot everything from landscape to head shots and everything in between. Name is Rich

Gotta love that D750.

Hi All

As I'm new to the forum I thought I'd add some photo's for the first time.

I use a Nikon compact camera & haven't done anything with these photo's expect for crop them. I'd appreciate any advice you have about my photos as I've decided to learn more about photography so this is all new to me. I am doing an online course which is helping me.

What camera? Point & shoot or bridge?
