I have the OM-1 and love it. I finally sold my Nikon Z6 because I found myself carrying the Oly equipment everywhere. The Oly has features that the other manufacturers are just starting to catch up to, Pro Capture, Hand Held Hi-Res, Starry Sky Autofocus, and others. It has even proven to be good for night photography, which surprised me. The viewfinder has a night mode that lets you compose in the dark. The 40-150 2.8 is an excellent lens, and considerably lighter than it's full frame equivalent. All that being said, my Brother-in-law has the R5 and it's a great camera! Good Luck!

I have 3 FD mount lenses that I've used with an adapter on my Sony.
1. Lentar 200mm f3.5. I compared shots from this with shots taken with an adapter on my Nikon 300 and it held up pretty well. $20 plus shipping
2. Tamron Adaptall 2 28mm f2.5 with caps and case. $15 plus shipping
3. Canon FD 28mm f2.8. $15 plus shipping
All of these lenses are older lenses and have about the average amount of dust in them for their age, but they were fun to play with. Buy all 3 together for $30 plus shipping.

It was kind of funny, he just went on a Joe Brady workshop in Monument Valley. He has quite an assortment of Fuji gear, both X and GFX. When he came back, he was bragging that he had gotten some of his best pictures with his iPhone, and that he should leave the other gear at home next time. He had numerous offers from the group (we have a small camera club) to help relieve him of his un-needed gear!

I'm in the same old rut, I have to start trying to sell a bunch of stuff so I can buy more stuff. If I remember right, you were looking for a medium format Pentax at one time Did you ever find one? That's another camera that's always held a fascination for me. I have a friend with a Fuji GFX 50R who is willing to loan it to me for a few weeks, but I'm almost afraid to try it out. The old Pentax 645D seems to go pretty reasonable, but as always it's a matter of how much money you've got to spend.

I have an Olympus E-P2, 12.3mp camera. It comes with a 25mm f2.8 4/3rds lens (not micro 4/3rds, the original 4/3rds) and the Olympus MMF-2 4/3 to M4/3 adapter. It make a nice jacket pocketable package. I tried it for awhile, but I found that with my eyesite I'm much more comfortable with a viewfinder. Comes with everything in the pictures for $175 plus shipping. It's weird that the adapter alone is listed by some sellers on ebay for that, but I bought it used and got a good deal and I'm trying to pass it on.
