Got vertigo a couple years ago. The doctor told me to hang my head vertically, kind of stand on your head thing. Took a few tries and brain spins, but its worked.
Seems the tiny grains in your ears get stuck and dont float if you're mostly upright.
Wish I would've known it years ago.
Now I can bend over and look under the bed to find the cat without getting dizzy.
Local camera stores here in Savannah said the kids in the colleges arts and design program like the film camera.
Some of the classes I've seen online also want people to start with film... probably because you have to think before you click.
So check local colleges and online before you trash stuff.

The interesting part about photography.. and art... In my humble opinion, is that it's already there. It just takes the right person to see and put it together.

But I do like your photos.
I bought an R6. Had a D6 that just felt way too big and I felt clumsy using it. So hardly ever used it. The R6 is similar in size to my way old Canon FTB and just feels better. Gave the D6 to my son. Didnt splurge on the lenses tho. 50, new 16 and 24-230 or whatever that is. I did keep the 100-400 and bought an adapter. They're all as good or better than I can see anyhow. Now to study the book and actually learn how to use the camera.
Remember when a 1 meg hard drive was a big deal? And the prices were double and triple then for almost any computer stuff...

Nice! I don't understand why some idiots insist the earth is flat. You can literally stand on the beach, or mountains and see the curvature of the earth. North Shore or West Side late afternoon or near sunset. Like past Wai'anae, to the end of the island. Altho I would guess it might not be very safe after dark. Its been way too long since I Iived there.

Amazing no matter how many times we see photos of airplanes, and also ships , bikes, cars, trucks, etc... We just keep looking and looking.

I used to live in Nanakuli. Several times while at the 7-11 , we saw the green flash. If you blink, you miss it. Of course conditions have to be right, but it's cool. Never thot to take a pic, having kids is distracting...
I miss Hawaii....
