The Sony E mount lenses that I have now are the 18-55, 55-210, 16-50 zooms and the new 35 prime and the 16 not so prime. But in the future I will look at the 19mm Sigma. Thanks for the suggestion.
After only using the 35mm lens for a couple of days I am impressed.
Update: I returned the 50mm and purchased the 35mm Sony lens. This was at Best Buy and I was surprised how smooth the exchange was, in and out in less than 15 minutes.
The 50mm was very good but I needed a wider view.
I went in to the local Best Buy this morning and they had the lens on sale for $249 down from $299. I took several test shots and I am impressed with the results so far.
Thanks for all of the helpful input. I bought the Sony 50mm will try it out for a few days.
