I received my 5 DS body for Father's Day. I also own a 7 dS mark 11 and a 1 DS mark 111. I have only taken a few hundred shots so far. The files are enormous and take a very long time to upload. In Lightroom they are also very slow when opening them in the develop module. I haven't printed yet but the thumbnails are very detailed and sharp. There is no battery grip available and the battery is very small for this high end camera? It is however quite a bit lighter than my other two bodies. I would love to hear what other hogs have to say.

This was canon's top of the line professional camera. It is part of a large collection of camera equipment. I recently retired and have decided to enter the mirror less world. The camera was recently serviced by Canon and is in excellent working order. I am including the original box, wires,manual,charger, software and extra new battery. The shutter is rated for 300,000 actuations of which I have only used about 20,000. You can buy it for 1875.00$ plus shipping.

Can anyone justify why one would spend 10000.00$ on a leica M9 and one lens instead of a top of the line nikon or canon outfit.
