Frost on an insulator for an electrified cattle fence?
JD grew up on a farm, I didn't think this would tax anyone's imagination. I liked the frost on the pumpkin, as it were. Unfortunately, I didn't have a lot of time to work it but the sun was just trying to make an appearance so I left it as it was.
Nice ride, Ron. My truck is a 2019 Ford F150 with 134,000 miles. Still looks and runs great. We older guys appreciate old things that still work.
I don't think that I have even seen an original car in that kind of shape EVER. It is wonderful to see such a thing.
KP, I hear you on the old guys liking old things. My wife and I just bought a '96 F150 with less than 125,000 miles on the original motor. It needs a paint job but so what...
I like what it looked like as well, which is why I took the photo. (Actually, several photos of it.) But it really did STINK!! Anyway, thanks for the always encouraging words.
They were just serious guys. They were very nice and didn't seem to mind at all. Back in 2003 digital photography was very new to everybody, and in isolated spots as in the Himalayas, the concept was just crazy. All they wanted to do was see and hold the camera.
I second Joe's motion. There is something oddly serene about the big candle and I am not saddened by the fact that pictures are incapable of sharing the smell(s).
