Modern China has always been our enemy with their theft of intellectual property. Nixon probably should have never made his famous 1972 trip there to normalize relations. We should have left well enough alone and allowed China to continue to stagnate instead of bringing them into the world community. What a marvelous capture! The skin tones and shadows make the muscles pop and the power in the legs and chests becomes apparent. I especially like the tiny yellow flowers that give a touch of color to that misty look. I hope the horses all got some oats as thanks for a great pose!

Actually I think you underestimate your photo. You caught the dolphins in the water moving at a good clip and the detail is just super. Another thing I like about it is that there is no sign of the boat you are on so it's as though they are all alone and you, well, I don't know where you are! That's what makes a really good nature photo.

I think this is marvelous and Bill is certainly very talented. He may not be interested in selling his work but he certainly could. This piece has a peaceful aura about it...almost like an open air cathedral. I have a spot in my house for it!

I'm pretty sure it's a moon flower. Was it in the shade? They usually flower in the night and slowly die off during the day. Easy to plant in a large half-barrel type of planter and enjoy in the summer evening.

While the Democrats are eager to dole out money to their chosen prospective v**ers, I don't hear anything about r********ns to families who lost loved ones fighting for the Union. If the b****s want an exchange of money for historical events, they can start there.

I have to agree with all the cattail fans. Not only do they make a startling background for the egret but this picture is truly unique among egret images. Best of luck in the competition...

Several high schools in Houston now have codes of dress for parents. Outfits like this one plus pajamas, Daisy Duke shorts, short, short skirts/dresses, etc. are now banned. I am dismayed that parents would so willingly humiliate their children or that they don't know they are humiliating their children. Obviously they have no more sense of decency than does the person in the picture above.
