Let me explain the tax process again. Your Rate of 8 was set by both houses of Congress, not trump. The tax rate you now pay is the law. Only Congress has the constitutional authority to raise this rate It’s very simple. The president CANNOT raise or lower your taxes. Only Congress can do this.

Read the constitution. There is a lot of stuff in there and a lot of stuff missing and a lot of stuff is vague and subject to different interpretations.
