You know, that really is a good shot, but this company, which really has a good product, may be doomed if they don't figure out how to make things a little bit simpler.
I would like to hear the reply on twitter because it should be tweeted. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to use that yet either.
Why should a Methodist know that? (I do now.) Thanks.
Look at the bright side. Rudolph doesn't need batteries.
I just finished an 8 hour course here in Virginia for a Geico discount. Eight hours means EIGHT hours. If you finish a module ahead of time, you have to wait for the computer to progress to the next part or module. There are 5 modules and each module has more than one part. But, I learned something and the course only cost $19.95. Geico accepts courses from the American Safety Council and the National Safety Council. A lawyer tells me that the 8 hours is part of your punishment.
Thanks for the explanation.
Participating in and voting on photo contests for the Ugly Hedgehog are two great ways for improving photography. The contests test photography skills by requiring the photography to follow a given theme within a given length of time. Voting in the contest by looking at EVERY picture forces a photographer to think about how to improve his or her own photography.
I don't mind that sometimes it is sometimes impossible to do something within a given time frame such as photograph an eclipse when in one or another parts of the world when the sky is cloudy. Nevertheless, I would like to see the voting process taking place on time. Voting is supposed to take place to take place on Thursday and Friday morning so that Hedgehoggers can see the results on Saturday. Because I am traveling and don't have an appropriate computer to travel with, I won't be able to vote this time. This is an irritation I have with a great idea. I hope something can be done about it.
Thanks for a great forum.
The gloomy overcast sky makes these photos, especially for the 1st and last photos.

My mother happens to be Hungarian and I don't appreciate you making fun of her and her fine family. Please withdraw your post immediately. Thank you.
Hungry Mother State Park is a park in Smyth County, Virginia. It was named in honor of a small child who was found in the vicinity after he lost his mother. I don't know exactly how his mother died, but all the child could say was "Hungry Mother." I am sorry you took offense at this post, because I know that Hungarians have been fine people who have suffered through history, but please note that this park was named to honor a mother, not to make humor at the expense of anyone. I know this story because my mother, who died almost three years ago, was born in Saltville, VA, a town in Smyth County.
Some of it makes me dizzy! Great show. Glad I saw it.
It is a beautiful set of pictures. I don't think I've ever seen one here in Virginia.
I'd love to download this for all of those Boy Scouts who had to go snipe hunting. Do you have the key to the flagpole or any striped paint?
