I was fooling around with higher ISO, when my nieces pup,Rizzo, presented an opportunity .

Nikon D7100
Nikon 24-85mm
ISO 2500
1/30 sec @f/425
Focal length 80mm.

Tank keeping close eye on fisherman. He sat there for at least 10 min. Occasionally barking at them.....kinda letting them know he's watching.

I haven't been active this year, as I cracked two vertebrae in Feb. The two pictures were take at the local Blue Box store.

These were taken at: ISO 400 @ f/8 1/320 sec.

Great shots, colorful. Lowes, locally, won't allow photography inside the floral area.

This is a Muscovy duck......in bred-cross bred, etc. Not considered a wild or domestic duck. Most of em stink to hi-hell if you get to close. Many states allow hunting Muscovy year round...no limits.

BTW...there is a true wild Muscovy, found in Mexico. Very small and fast flier. I've never seen on tho.

Taken yesterday at local pond. Most pics are of the Male Hooded Merganser. But, the hen has some color also.

ISO 1000 f/7.1 @ 800sec. 300 mm x 1.4 teleconverter .
