Saturday and Sunday drives.
Cannot figure out why the horses and cattle came out correct, but not the Red Tailed Hawk and the lighthouse photo are way off.
They were taken with the same camera and lens.

One more Free Sunday already, and for a second one in a row I’ll be traveling. Still, I need to see your newest leftovers, or anything you got lucky capturing that you really want to share. Here is the place to do it. No restrictions on subject except to keep it family friendly.

I’m sorry I was absent from the last Free Sunday, but had a very important birthday to celebrate in Austin. Granddaughter turned 17. This Sunday we are traveling to celebrate another b’day but I’ll try not to be so conspicuously absent again since we won’t be celebrating until Tuesday.

Very nice bird shots, p.2. I've always liked birds from the Flicker family for some reason.

Thanks Bbarn!

They are certainly an interesting and colourful bird.

This was a nest at a friend's place and I sat for two days taking pics. Both young were gone by the end of the 2nd day.

More please!

Here's one I was lucky enough to capture the
day after I opened our pool. A male and female
mallard couple took up residence for a few days
and I was able to capture this one as he flew off.

Free (not freaky) Sunday has arrived. If you want to continue the haunting go ahead, just try to scare us if you can. Thanks for the Challenge, Leslie. So it’s Halloween ….Trick or Treat.
We were in Omaha a couple of weeks ago and whenever we are the Bohemian Cemetery is a stop we have to make.

Thanks Larry!

There is no challenge topic for "No Host, Just Post" challenges. They are an opportunity, sort of like Free Sundays, to show favorites, post something you might be working on or just some of your recent works. When there are openings in the calendar the dates are left open for this activity. Lesley and I will be checking in, but neither of us may be commenting as much as if we were the host. Commenting is optional for participants too.

So, what have you been working on? All 4 of my editing programs have recently updated and I am trying to learn some of the new features. ON1 program has a new feature I'm trying to perfect - sky swap. The intelligent software pretty accurately identifies the sky and masks it out. There are numerous skies from which to choose depending on what suits your image and various sliders and adjustments to make it look natural. Here is one example.
