Chrissybabe nailed it. I've been through the "wrong bin" process myself. Nobody seems to recognize the problem until the wrong thing has been shipped numerous times, if they ever recognize it at all.
I have used ink from Ink Technologies for years. Their ink works fine and they have a reward system. They keep track of your purchases in the past, which allows for easy reordering.
I have had more than one of those printers. All have worked perfectly. It is a Brother model which has been around for a long time, in one model number or another. I used them in business and at home and never had one failure at all. As far as toner cartridges, I did use some reputable third party units and had no problems. I can count on that printer working when my wife's newer, wireless, color, ink consuming machine fails.
My Great Uncle worked the rails in the early 1900s. He found lots of bodies on the tracks. Men got drunk and the track seemed like a good place to pass out.
I saw a video a while back where three different brand names were put on the same cars exiting the assembly line. Two US brands and one Japanese brand. Yes, they can look alike, 'cause they are alike. I have trouble spotting my wife's car because it just doesn't stand out from the crowd.
I don't know what model my Bose headphones are, but they have been great for several years. Yes, pricey, but over the long run they are dependable.
Haven't shaved since 1973. Yes, I do trim rather closely, otherwise I would trip on my beard.
MJPerini said it---software incompatibilities abound. I upgraded on my 27" iMac and had to reverse the deal because my Excel/Word wouldn't work any longer. I can't stand to lose all of my spreadsheets and documents. Yes, I know I can pay Microsoft. That doesn't mean I want to do that at my age.
That is an impressive WINNER!
As Lawrence Welk said---A Wunerful, A Wunerful, A Wunerful. Thank you PAR4DCR.
I spend less time each morning on the UHH Digest. I know I miss a lot with the new format in place.
I've seen a lot of things at my age, but never thought I would hear about "Art Police".
Very nice! #3 is my favorite.
One problem I have is following old directions regarding software. I get into the deal of "Your screen doesn't look like my screen". Operating systems are changing rapidly and I really need to see only "New" directions, not something from when Moby Dick was a minnow.
