I read that folks who live a long time all do a few thing most of us dont.
One thing they do is take cold showers.
Another is adding some hydrogen peroxide to a sink full of water and then putting there head in the water.
And the last one is eating a balance Ph diet.
I sleep cold, right on the concert floor with my dog at my side.
Balance Ph diet is working fine with me.
I just pour hydrogen peroxide on my hair and rubbing it in.
Only draw back so far is my hair is turning blonde,
But Im feeling Great.

Here is my dog from the 2 Girls picture. This is the same dog that Peaches gave my wife. She is maybe 4 yrs old now and loves to kiss. And yes she is about 5 feet from me, sound a sleep.

Boy it's always hot when I have camera in hand, and this day was hot. And the mission should didn't look like it did the last time I was there. In fact it never looked this good.

Very hot day at the zoo. Boy does it cost a lot to go to the zoo. Ready made burgers were like $7 plus. QT of bottle water was $4.50.
And the place was all up hill. Well yes on the way out it would be all down hill.
