Good idea with the double sided tape. I have that lens and it is real good. Do you have the older version; 17-70, 4.5?
to be honest - I feel that there are too many shadows - for a light box. It may need to be larger in diameter. That has always been a bain of mine.

If someone is having sharpness problems, use a higher ISO, then do noise reduction in PS. It always cleans up noise and sharpness for me. Or use DeNoise app. I find that I am using an ISO of 800, even outdoors and the images are clean enough for me.
I am the same; have used LD inks for my canon pro 100 for years and no problem.
I was there a couple of years ago and it is a delight. Pictures galore.
I get along just fine with my Sony RX10MK3. It does all I need. And inexpensive; one lens and that's it. Simplify. I get nice 16 x 20 out of.
I agree with Lucian. On1 RAW 2022 is a nice powerful editing app. Give it a try.
