Weather made it impossible to get the early August full moon from my location... When it did rise 3 nights later, there was a lot of haze and some wildfire smog in the atmosphere.
I had to go way up in ISO, so used ON1 Photo RAW 2023.5, NoNoiseAI and sharpening to render the Moon image.
Soccer shots are at 6400 ISO, 1/500s, f5, initially underexposed 1.5 stops.
Same processing as the moon shot.
Camera Sony A7C Lens Tamron 150-500mm VXII.
I did the processing on my new 14" Zenbook OLED laptop and have not viewed it on a large screen yet, but am happy with the results on the laptop screen... So far there are no ways to confirm the monitor calibration of the laptop using my SpyderX. One thing is clear, though - on this screen the blacks are REALLY black! I will keep you updated.
As usual, C&C are welcome.
Enjoy.
Sweet! Great camera/lens combo. Thanks for sharing.
I have a flip frame - it is a pain to cart around. Best solution would be to use a flash diffuser or bounce the flash as already suggested.
Your dedication to this creation is humbling. Extraoridinary imaging. Thanks for sharing.
Mary Kay or Barbie? Great shots of this unusual Vette
Excellent shots - this is a very attractive location and your choice of shutter speeds really makes these images extraordinary.
Thank you all for the positive input!
Great series - that swan capture is excellent. Thanks for sharing

Great series, well composed and presented. That shot under the pier is a wall hanger, too. Thanks for sharing.
Please explain what kind of smartphone a TCL 20S is. I’m not familiar with that one. Thanks.
It is a medium-priced cellphone produced by TCL. It has 3 cameras. I think that I paid $200 USD for it 3 years ago.
Taken over the past couple of years.
I was transferring these files (some png, some jpeg) and decided to process them in the latest version of Affinity Photo.
C and C welcome.
Enjoy
I had already done this, since the NVidia driver did not detect ON1 as an application, but thanks for sharing.
Had problems with the latest versions of ON1 RAW - crashing every time I opened it.
I was using the latest NVidia drivers (Studio version).
Changed to gaming version and everything now working OK.
It was an annoying bug - hope this helps anyone else using the Studio driver.
Hava a great day

Great exposure and composition.
Excellent work, as always.
