Have you let them know? S-

I sent them an email about 2 months ago. Said they were working on it, but nothing yet. I guess I'll send them another email. They answer quickly, but then nothing happens.

I went through great detail entering in data for all of my canon equipment. I just visited the website. It only shows my last 20 purchases, and none of the detail I entered, i.e., serial numbers. Does anyone know how to find them online?

My problem with the new Canon website format is that I am not allowed to delete any of my equipment previously registered. The issue comes in if I were to sell or trade in equipment.

After clicking the shutter on my new XT1 the screen (both in EVF and LCD) goes dark for several annoying nano-seconds. I've surfed and surfed the Internet to no avail, and the guy at the camera store sees the problem but can't find a solution either. He showed me the comparable Sony a6000 which does not have this problem. Is it me or the camera? Can this be fixed, or do I just need to get used to it?

I appreciate your post. I was looking at Fuji cameras. Have you tried a "faster" SD card?

Are any of you using a battery grip on your DSLR, and do you find that it improves your handling of the camera (I am not asking about its ability to increase number of pictures being taken before battery change)?

I don't use grips simply because with two batteries installed, the camera becomes too heavy. I have never run out of battery power, I carry an extra in my pocket just in case.

I don't want to spend a lot of money on them. Thanks for any help you can give.
I have a filter on all of my lens. I only use "clear" filters. Some will say that any other filter will impact the image, I can't tell, but I want to be safe only. Go to Amazon, B&H, or Adorama and search on clear 52mm filters. I wouldn't spend less than $20. You don't want to put junk on your lens. Good luck. Mike

I have a Canon Ti5 now and enjoy it very much. I am wanting to add another camera to my kit. I realize these are full frame cameras and I can use all of my lenses on the new body. From what I am reading the Mark III is a wonderful camera. I am not sure what the benefits of an extra $1000 on top of the Mark III would give me. Reading about the differences between the Canon 5DS R and S, I will need help there also. I would like to hear your opinions and advice.

I don't think most folks need 50 MPS, I have a 5D MK III and it is great. If you don't need to satisfy the GAS attack right away, I would wait until the 5D MK IV comes out. If there isn't much change, the price of the III's should go down.

My s/o and I have made quite a few purchases from B&H with no problems and great service and we're happy and grateful that that record continues.
That is why they are the best. Great customer service after the sale.

I don't know if the B&H employees belong to any union. The picture suggests that there is much union activity involved which would certainly explain the entire issue.
