Free program called recuva, you can probably get them recovered from the card. Try deep scan. Good luck.

I certainly misread that until I saw the video. Painful!
that's supposed to be feet!
Flew from Japan to California for discharge from navy in 1958. 3 departed Japan, 1 crashed on takeoff, I was on 2nd one delayed at Midway Island due to hitting a gooney bird, 3rd one crashed on takeoff in Calif. First time folks usually scared when engine idle to kick in Turbo. Plane usually fell a couple of thousand feed in the process. Thanks for the memories.
I love waterfalls!!! For me, natural is best, #2. I know lots of folks like the smooth look. Besides with only a point and shoot SX50 long exposures are not practical imho.
Great photo's, I agree with those who say it is a favorite place to visit. These pic's make me want to go back there right away. Thanks for the post. Looking forward to the next batch.
Looks like a Bengal, that should be explanation enough!!
(I have one too )
Learning from my bad experiences of buying 3tb externals, 1 WD and 1 Seagate. Both have failed and one at the same time my laptop failed taking 3 tb of data with it. Now I bought 3 one tb drives from radio shack, (local store), and the most I can lose is 1 tb. I have actually 3 backups, desktop, laptop and 1 tb drives.
What a great car. How did you get everyone out of your shot? That looks like a big crowd.
Don't know about the lens but the photographer did a great job.
nice shots! and #6 is definitely a baboon!!!
Brings back good memories, I worked on Apollo program for 2 years. Thanks for posting.
This is great! I thought it was only me with these problems.
From personal experience: I thought a couple of 3 tb externals would be fine....until I lost 3 tb's of info when the disk died at the same time as the laptop. this happened twice. I learned the hard way to have several 1TB external drives. You don't lose as much info that way and have lots of backup.
Good link for us amateurs. Also tried the how to buy a tripod and found it a great help.
