Very nice ! there is a nesting ground and protected site for them near Rapid River in Michigan's UP on Lake Michigan,,,great bird..

NO<NO<NOPE..I am a Canon user,,and am staying with them,,I have looked into Pentax and Nikon,,but i like my Canons,,but in the film days i was a Nikon shooter,,,now if i was offered some cash $$ to boot ??who knows

Very nice,,we have a SX50 and like it,,it goes when the biggins stsy home at times,,,but wifes SL1 and STM lens are very good also??

Thanks,it was a rare glimspe of nature,,and GOD painting the sky..wish i would have had time to get my BIG GUN and a wide angle lens??i have more from last night i may share later ??

:) Last evening just before dark we had a quick rain shower,,out came a nice rainbow< grabbed the camera at hand..wife's Canon SL1 with 55-250 STM lens,,quickly the Western sky became fire red,
NO time to change gear,,had to use what i had??the whole show lasted about 15 min ,then it was dark?? Kinda rare sighting here in mid-Michigan??

taken today, this am,,birds planted a few seeds in the flower planter??and this am one of the small heads opened ??about baseball size but full of color and life,,
Taken with Canon SL1 and 55-250 STM lens hand held and P mode ISO 200..
