So fun! I especially love the second one - very realistic :)
Glad you liked them, Deer2ker. I had snapped a photo in a local park of a child bending over a wall to look at turtles in a pond. Then I got the idea to combine her with my shot of steamed clams. Thanks for your comments.
I'm with Jaymatt. Love #3 with the ice crystals so vivid on the bud. Stands out from the dark background.
Glad you liked the images, dj. Thanks for the kind words and thumbs up.
Thank you for your complimentary words and multiple thumbs up. Really appreciate it!

Thanks for all your thumbs up, Lens Cap. Really appreciate it!
Lovely re-do on the photograph. I love the bronze tones. There is, however, a lot of "noise" in the dark sky (lots of "dots," not smooth). Some editing programs have a "Noise Reduction" element that could help you here. Also, as you noticed, the horizon is still not quite level. The cropping at the bottom really works.
Lovely shot. I wonder if it would be enhanced if you cloned out the hand. It seems to come from nowhere and doesn't add anything to the composition.
I've discovered "miniaturization." You take two photographs that somehow relate to each other, make one very small and superimpose one on the other. Hopefully that tell a cohesive story. Not all of the ones I've tried have worked out, but I thought I'd share some of the photographs I've manipulated that I think have turned out successfully. Enjoy, Michael

Yeah, you got a bunch of nuthin'! You'll just have to go back and try your luck in better weather! :)
I love the photo of the lake. It is clearly divided into foreground, middle distance and background, and the reflections are elegant. Great job!
Well, I'm going to compliment the second photo. The blue you picked is elegant against the pink of the flower. It looks like a giant flower floating in a blue sky. I love "artsy fartsy," and this is a beautiful composite. Adding in the water droplets and the thin black frame makes it all work! I don't think you "gave up" after an hour; you were just finished with your creation!
Thank you, John, for your two thumbs up! Appreciate it.
