What is your problem. He just wants some information so when he does go out he will be that much more prepared. People like you are what runs good people from this forum. We are all here to learn and enjoy others experiences doing this wonderful thing called photography. Some people also don't have a lot of free time so the more knowledge they have from people that have actually done it is a blessing. learning is best just to shoot, shoot, shoot. But any other help we receive is great!

I was always a PC guy. Two months ago my wife got a 21.5" Imac. After looking and playing around for maybe 10 minutes I was sold. I really didn't want to buy just yet, waiting until my Pc dies. Well my two sons told me just go to Best Buy and play with the 27" 5k fusion drive unit. My sons both said you want to be a real photographer get that one. Well I went, fired one up and I was blown away at the clarity and sharpness of what I was looking at. I really didn't want to spend that kind of money but after going back two more times in the next week the GAS got me. I have never been more happy with a purchase in my whole life. I don't know what took me so long. I will never go back. Mac forever. The only thing is I am now going to get a little more RAM and probably not Apple as you said the others are good buys. Thanks
