Dr. Anast's Clinic:

An old doctor became very bored in retirement and decided to re-open his medical clinic. He put a sign up outside that said: "Dr. Geezer's Clinic. Get your treatment for $500, if not cured, get back $1,000."

Doctor "Young," who was positive that this old geezer didn't know beans about medicine, thought this would be a great opportunity to get $1,000. So he went to Dr. Geezer's clinic.

Dr. Young: "Dr. Geezer, I have lost all taste in my mouth. Can you please help me?

Dr. Anast: "Nurse, please bring medicine from box 22 and put 3 drops in Dr. Young's mouth."

Dr. Young: Aaagh !! -- "This is Gasoline!"

Dr. Anast: "Congratulations! You've got your taste back. That will be $500."

Dr. Young gets annoyed and goes back after a couple of days figuring to recover his money.

Dr. Young: "I have lost my memory, I cannot remember anything."

Dr. Anast: "Nurse, please bring medicine from box 22 and put 3 drops in the patient's mouth."

Dr. Young: "Oh, no you don't, -- that is gasoline!"

Dr. Anastr: "Congratulations! You've got your memory back. That will be $500."

Dr. Young (after having lost $1000) leaves angrily and comes back after several more days.

Dr. Young: "My eyesight has become weak --- I can hardly see anything!!!!

Dr. Anast: "Well, I don't have any medicine for that so, here's your $1000 back." (giving him a $10 bill)

Dr. Young: "But this is only $10!

Dr. Anastr: "Congratulations! You got your vision back! That will be $500."


Moral of story -- Just because you're "Young" doesn't mean that you can outsmart an "old Geezer"

Remember: Don't make old people mad. We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to tick us off.

I hiked to this waterfall with my son when he came back from Japan. The reason I ask witch one is my boss and his son like to do the same thing. The difference is they do not take photos. His office could use lets just say some color. There is a history with my boss and I and I wanted to do something nice for him. It is a family owned business and they have accepted me with open arms. They made me an offer I could not refuse.After 27 years with my previous employer I made this change. The reason for the explanation is my new boss was also employed there also. He left the company and started his own about ten years ago. It turned out to be a very successful business. It is just my way of saying thank you. So I ask my friends here on uhh witch one .

Here we go again. A nice story about humans figuring out a way to comfort a bereaved mother tiger. That is the story..pure and simple. Some deduce that since the tiger accepts the piglets as a reasonable substitute for her own, we humans therefore can get along. Nice idea. History has shown that we humans don't really get along, but the idea is appealing just the same. Now someone declares that this whole story proves that there is a God. Where did that come from?? Superstition, voodoo, make-believe and general ignorance has done more to feed the fires of hatred and mass killings than anyone should be comfortable with. Just a thought: if you want to truly get along , dump the make-believe bullshit.

In a zoo in California , a mother tiger gave birth
to a rare set of triplet tiger cubs.Here's your smile for the day.

Unfortunately,
Due to complications in the pregnancy,
the cubs were born prematurely
and due to their tiny size,
they died shortly after birth.

The mother tiger after recovering from the delivery,
suddenly started to decline in health,
Although physically she was fine.

The veterinarians felt that the loss of her litter
had caused the tigress to fall into a depression.
The doctors decided
that if the tigress could surrogate
another mother's cubs,
perhaps she would improve.

After checking with many other zoos across the country, the depressing news was that there were no tiger cubs
of the right age to introduce to the mourning mother...

The veterinarians decided to try something
that had never been tried in a zoo environment.
Sometimes a mother of one species
will take on the care of a different species...

The only orphans' that could be found quickly,
were a litter of weanling pigs.
The zoo keepers and vets
wrapped the piglets in tiger skin
and placed the babies around the mother tiger...
Would they become cubs or pork chops?
Take a look...you won't believe your eyes

Why can't the rest of the world get along?
I am sending this to all that love animals.............It is just too cute not to pass on.

A week or so ago I posted a problem I was having in getting a camera back that I had traded in. I was not getting calls or e-mails returned. I remembered that there was a man named Hershel who trouble shooted for B&H and I asked for help in finding him. A fellow Hog was quick to write me with instructions and very shortly I was in contact with Hershel. He went right to Henry Posner, Director of Communications for B&H who was in touch with me and took the problem to to the Customer Service managers. That was the end of last week and today I received the camera.

There's a complicated procedure involved by B&H which leads me to think that they have a lot of these "sellers remorse" situations. One of the Hogs commented on my original post that it was more a "Jimkh problem than a B&H problem" which I thought at the time was unnecessary but now I think he was right. I wasn't happy with the evaluation so why did I accept it? I should have sat down (there's a couch in the B&H Trade-In room) and thought as I did later on. Here was a practically brand-new version of a current camera and if I saw this on sale at this price I probably would have grabbed it. So my hard-won advice is think hard, consider all alternatives and then make a decision.

I must congratulate and thank agsain Hershel and Henry Posner for abay-sitting me through this process. Just one more reason Why B&H is the best.
